We do not engage in fully automated decision-making that has a legal or similarly significant effect on you. Our service providers, such as payment processors and fraud-prevention providers, may use limited automated tools to help detect and prevent fraud, security incidents, or unauthorized transactions.

These tools may evaluate limited information, such as IP address, device information, payment information, transaction history, and order activity, to help identify potentially fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.

If you are located in the EEA, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, your Personal Information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your location, including the United States. U.S. State Privacy Rights

These rights may include the right to request access to the personal information we collect about you, the right to request deletion of your personal information, the right to correct inaccurate personal information, the right to receive a copy of your personal information, and the right to opt out of certain uses of your personal information, such as targeted advertising, where applicable.

We may use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies from advertising and analytics partners to measure advertising performance, understand how visitors use our Site, and deliver relevant advertisements.

You may exercise your privacy rights by contacting us at support@magicfitcare.com. Please include “Privacy Request” in the subject line and describe the right you would like to exercise.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights, as required by applicable law.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, tags, scripts, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to operate our Site, improve your experience, understand how visitors use the Site, measure marketing performance, and deliver relevant advertising.

Cookies are small data files that are placed on your device or browser. Some cookies are necessary for the Site to function properly, while others help us analyze traffic, remember your preferences, measure advertising campaigns, or show you more relevant content.

Strictly Necessary Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies to operate our Site and provide core functionality. These technologies are usually set in response to actions you take, such as visiting the Site, navigating between pages, submitting forms, starting checkout, making a purchase, managing privacy preferences, or accessing secure areas of the Site.

These cookies may be used by ClickFunnels, payment processors, fraud-prevention providers, cookie consent tools, and other service providers that help us operate the Site. Because these cookies are necessary for the Site to function, they generally cannot be disabled through our cookie preference tools. However, you may be able to block them through your browser settings, although doing so may cause parts of the Site to stop working properly.

Functional Cookies

We may use functional cookies to remember choices you make and provide enhanced features. For example, these cookies may help remember your preferences, form inputs, region, language settings, or other settings that improve your browsing experience.

If you disable functional cookies, some features of the Site may not work as intended.

Analytics Cookies

We may use analytics cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors interact with our Site. These technologies help us learn which pages are visited, how visitors move through the Site, which marketing campaigns are effective, and how we can improve the user experience.

Analytics technologies may be provided by ClickFunnels, Google Analytics, or other analytics service providers, depending on the tools enabled on our Site.

The information collected through analytics cookies may include your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referring pages, time spent on the Site, links clicked, and other usage information.

Advertising and Marketing Cookies

We may use advertising cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to measure the effectiveness of our advertising, track conversions, create audiences, limit ad frequency, and show you more relevant ads on other websites or platforms.

These technologies may be provided by advertising partners such as Meta/Facebook, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, Microsoft, or other advertising platforms, depending on the tools enabled on our Site.

Advertising and marketing technologies may collect information about your device, browser, IP address, pages viewed, products viewed, purchases or checkout activity, interactions with our ads, and other online activity over time and across different websites or services.

Where required by law, we will ask for your consent before using non-essential analytics or advertising cookies.

Managing Cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block cookies, delete existing cookies, or receive a warning before cookies are placed on your device. Please note that if you block or delete cookies, some parts of the Site may not function properly.

Where available, you may also manage your cookie preferences through our cookie banner or cookie preference tool.

You may also opt out of certain interest-based advertising through the settings provided by advertising platforms or industry opt-out tools. For example, you can manage ad preferences through Google, Meta/Facebook, and other advertising platforms directly.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Signals

Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no consistent industry standard for responding to Do Not Track signals, we do not currently respond to them.

Where required by applicable law, we will honor legally recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising.

Children's Privacy

Our Website is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at the address below to request deletion. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
